Hussmann Technologies de Baja California in Tijuana, MX is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join the Finance Department. The role focuses on processing supplier invoices, performing three-way matching, and maintaining AP records in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, 2–4 years in AP, and strong Excel skills. Manufacturing experience and ERP familiarity (SAP/Oracle) are a plus. English proficiency is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable or similar roles.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, three-way matching, and purchase orders.
• ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) and strong Excel/MS Office skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process and review supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Perform three-way matching between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Review pricing, quantities, payment terms, and required approvals.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with Purchasing, Receiving, Supply Chain, and suppliers.
• Perform supplier account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Monitor pending invoices, approvals, and payment status.
• Support the preparation and processing of supplier payments.
• Respond to supplier inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
• Support month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Maintain accurate Accounts Payable records and supporting documentation.
• Support internal and external audits as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounts Payable process.
