Hussmann Technologies de Baja California is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance Department in Tijuana, Baja California. The role requires detail-oriented, organized, and analytical professionals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and collaborate with multiple departments and suppliers.

You will process supplier invoices, perform three-way matching, manage reconciliations, and support month-end closing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Finance.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Manufacturing environment experience is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process and review supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Perform three-way matching between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Review pricing, quantities, payment terms, and required approvals.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies with Purchasing, Receiving, and Suppliers.
• Perform supplier account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Monitor pending invoices, approvals, and payment status.
• Support the preparation and processing of supplier payments.
• Respond to supplier inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
• Support month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Maintain accurate Accounts Payable records and supporting documentation.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.

At Hussmann Technologies de Baja California, we continue to strengthen our team and are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance Department in Tijuana, B.C.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and analytical professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborating with different departments and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Perform three-way matching between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Review pricing, quantities, payment terms, and required approvals.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with Purchasing, Receiving, Supply Chain, and suppliers.
• Perform supplier account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Monitor pending invoices, approvals, and payment status.
• Support the preparation and processing of supplier payments.
• Respond to supplier inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
• Support month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Maintain accurate Accounts Payable records and supporting documentation.
• Support internal and external audits as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounts Payable process.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in similar roles.
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Finance.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, three-way matching, and purchase orders.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• English proficiency is preferred.
