Hussmann is seeking a Buyer - I in Tijuana, Mexico to purchase materials needed to meet the production schedule, ensuring timely delivery and correct quantities per ERP requirements. You will generate purchase orders, monitor material delivery dates, and adjust orders weekly to align with production needs.

The role also handles invoice discrepancies and supports mitigation of material shortages. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, have 1 year of purchasing experience,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Business Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Purchasing/Procurement.
• Knowledge of MRP systems.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SAP and/or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of data analysis.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Generate purchase orders for suppliers based on ERP system recommendations.
• Follow up on materials to ensure required delivery dates are met in the ERP system and comply with the established escalation process.
• Cancel and reschedule purchase orders on a weekly basis, according to production and material requirements.
• Follow up on invoice discrepancies and support their resolution.
• Support activities required to mitigate material shortages and prevent production downtime.
