One&Only Resorts seeks a Manager Reservations to oversee daily operations of the reservations department, including hiring, training, administration and disciplinary processes to ensure top guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in administration or hospitality, 2+ years in a similar role, Opera system proficiency, strong sales knowledge, and fluency in English and Spanish. Join our ultra-luxury portfolio.

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or hospitality-related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same position.
• Opera system proficiency or similar.
• Knowledge of sales skills.
• Knowledge of distribution channels like The Leading Hotels of the World, GFS, e-commerce, Groups, etc.
• Strong communication, problem solving, leadership and negotiation skills.

About the Job.

The Manager Reservations is responsible for overviewing the daily operation of the Reservations department related to hiring, training, administration and disciplinary processes of the reservations staff, to maintain the organization of the activities in the area and assure the highest standards for Guest Satisfaction.

• To coordinate operational and administrative activities of the reservations agents.
• Knowing the different types of services features and accommodations in the Resort.
• Knowing about the accommodation rates and seasons related.
• Knowing perfectly the reservations policy and procedures of the Resort.
• Close relation with all departments within the Resort to ensure the reservation and activities efficiency according to the highest standards.
• Follow up communication related to future reservations, property information, rates etc.
• Overview of all telephone communications according to our telephone etiquette established by the company.
• Training and communication to all reservations agents about, rates modifications, Resort policies and procedures.
• Administration and management about confirmed reservations and communication to executive members.
• Follow up any guest reservation complains.

About you.

• Bachelor studies in Administration or related to hospitality business
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• 2 years’ experience in same position as a minimum.
• Opera system proficiency or similar.
• Knowledge of sales skills.
• Knowledge about different distribution channels like The Leading Hotels of the World, GFS, e-commerce, Groups, etc.
• Strong communications skills.
