Accenture México is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. The role focuses on ensuring production systems uptime, resolving incidents, and maintaining disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical operations.

You will also manage data retention aligned with organizational policies and collaborate across groups to drive continuous improvement in infrastructure delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure Engineering.

Ensure production systems are available and operating according to defined service level agreements.

Drive incident and outage resolution while maintaining clear and timely communication.

Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently and effectively.

Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical operations.

Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational policies and compliance requirements.

• Monterrey, Nuevo Leon based
• Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Data Center Orchestration & Provisioning.

• Experience with network monitoring tools, such as Orion
• Team/Personnel Management
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
