As the first leadership layer in the GCC MR & Data Foundations group, you will coach analysts, drive automation and self‑service analytics, and partner with onshore sub-pillar leads to align reporting priorities and

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in FP&A, controllership or finance transformation.
• Exposure to management reporting and data governance.
• Knowledge of enterprise reporting platforms and self-service analytics.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach the GCC Management Reporting & Data Foundations team with strong business partnership.
• Deliver management reporting and insights across units, channels and product hierarchies.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles with accuracy and on-time delivery of executive dashboards.
• Drive automation and streamline reporting with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, AI-enabled analytics.
• Supervise data quality routines, reconciliations and master data governance with IT.
• Own KPI dictionary, calculation rules and reporting taxonomy across MR & Data Foundations.
• Develop team capability through coaching and modern analytics training.
• Partner with onshore sub-pillar leads to align priorities and refine operating model.
