Kraft Heinz is seeking a seasoned Process Excellence leader based in GCC Mexico to shape and execute a North America and LATAM transformation agenda for GBS SCM + Order Management. The role defines the Ideal State process across all SCM sub-towers and translates the 3-year strategy into an actionable roadmap.

You will partner with NA and LATAM Business Partners, Business Units, and the GCC Mexico team to cascade and drive adoption, leading continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years SCM experience; GCC/regional CoE experience preferred
  • Experience in Value Stream Mapping exercises is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Order management, S&OP, Logistics and SCM principles
  • Experience working across North America and LATAM markets
  • Track record of driving process improvement
  • Strong knowledge of SCM software and analytics tools
  • FMCG background is helpful
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including senior leadership engagement
  • Strong project management skills to lead multifunctional teams

  • Support Digital transformation agenda for the zone with Global GBS Capabilities
  • Advise and challenge Business Partners and GCC teams to drive change management

This role is based in GCC Mexico and is responsible for shaping and executing the Process Excellence agenda across North America and LATAM for GBS SCM + Order Management. This role defines the "Ideal State" process across every sub-tower, spanning People, Process and Digital, using Value Stream Mapping to translate current-state pain points into a clear 3-Year Transformation Roadmap. This role partners directly with North America and LATAM Business Partners, Business Units and the GCC Mexico team to cascade and drive execution of that roadmap, ensuring the zones deliver and exceed GBS and Company objectives on productivity, expansion and business value.

  • Lead the design of the North America and LATAM Ideal State blueprint across every SCM sub-tower, covering People, Process and Digital, using Value Stream Mapping to identify current-state gaps and define ideal + future-state design
  • Translate the Global GBS SCM 3-Year Transformation strategy into a clear, actionable roadmap for North America and LATAM
  • Partner directly with North America and LATAM Business Partners, Business Units and the GCC Mexico team to cascade the transformation roadmap and drive adoption on the ground
  • Lead Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives across SCM processes, identifying opportunity area where we lack an established precedent/WoW
  • Shape recommendations on GBS Expansion opportunities for North America and LATAM, identify where new capability should be added to drive productivity
  • Support the Digital transformation agenda for the zone, working with Global GBS Capabilities to prioritize adoption aligned to the 3-Year Roadmap
  • Act as an advisor and challenger to Business Partners and GCC teams, influencing ways of working and driving change management

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of SCM experience spanning both operational delivery and process transformation.
  • Experience working in GCC or regional roles similar to CoE.
  • (Preferred) Experience leading/participating in Value Stream Mapping exercises
  • Strong knowledge of Order management, S&OP, Logistics and Supply Chain principles
  • Experience working across North America and/or LATAM markets
  • Track record of driving process improvement
  • Strong knowledge of SCM software and analytics tools
  • FMCG background preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and find effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- including engagement with senior leadership.
  • Strong project management skills to lead multifunctional project teams.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and driving operational excellence in supply planning.
  • Establishing & Maintaining Positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Functional experience in FMCG industries is helpful
