ABB in Guadalupe, Nuevo León, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Maintenance team. You will follow maintenance guidelines, improve equipment efficiency, and contribute to reliable production lines.

This role reports to the Maintenance Manager. The work includes responding to breakdowns, documenting issues, and calibrating equipment to meet production specifications.

Formación

• At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, electronics.
• Availability of schedule to rotate shifts.
• Technical career diploma.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Responding to emergencies/breakdowns.
• Reporting all recurring problems with machinery and equipment.
• Outlining problems with parts that can be identified and addressed for record-keeping.
• Setting calibration and adjusting equipment, machinery, and instruments to comply with production specifications and instructions.

Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Maintenance team. Each day, you will conduct activities according to agreed maintenance guidelines and procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by increasing the overall efficiency of the equipment and production line.

The work model for the role is:

This role is contributing to the ELIP division in Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon.

You will be mainly accountable for:
