ABB is seeking a maintenance-focused engineer for its Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon facility. You will own maintenance plans, oversee both routine and extraordinary maintenance, and keep technical documentation up to date across equipment, lines, and facilities.

The role requires 2 years in maintenance/engineering, with knowledge of ISO9001 and safety standards; Lean Six Sigma is a plus. You will lead improvements and respond quickly to outages to keep production on track.

Formación

• 2 years of professional maintenance or engineering experience.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, OSHAS1801 & 1400; Lean Six Sigma desirable.
• Experience with industrial machinery equipment.
• Experience managing technical personnel.
• Experience with activity/project tracking, equipment commissioning and release, equipment transfers, critical spare parts.
• Experience with electronic and power circuits, PLC programming and control systems.

Responsabilidades

• Define maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities; advise on reliability, maintainability, and safety.
• Oversee ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and facilities.
• Solve major equipment or facilities problems to improve performance.
• Propose improvement projects to reduce maintenance and boost energy efficiency.
• Respond to emergencies and outages to minimize production disruption.
