Job summary

Cooper Standard in Mexico seeks an experienced maintenance administrator to manage preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance systems. The role requires hands-on knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems, and familiarity with TPM and SMED practices.

Strong leadership for maintenance teams is expected. Candidates should have mechatronics/electromechanics background and experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs to support automation and reliability projects.

Qualifications

• Pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Advanced PLC programming (Allen-Bradley preferred).
• Lean manufacturing techniques such as TPM.
• SMED.

Responsibilities

• Experience in administration of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance systems.
• Oversee maintenance programs and reliability initiatives.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and improve equipment availability.
