Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
• Experience in productive, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge in TPM, predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance.
• ISO 9001
• Maintenance software; mechanics (pneumatics, hydraulics, assembly), electricity (high and low voltage), automation and control.

• Problem analysis and resolution, planning and organization, execution, control, time management.

Responsabilidades

• Follow company policies: safety, environment, quality, and financial management.
• Oversee teams of staff tasked with scheduling, managing, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance within established timeframes and quality standards.
• Coordinate and improve equipment, tools, spare parts, and consumables in the maintenance parts warehouse.
• Analyze action plans and monitor downtime and costs from preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate, administer, and monitor quality system plans and procedures for the maintenance department.
• Manage and optimize expenses related to maintenance of the plant and offices.
• Coordinate and manage personnel, equipment, and resources to meet environmental obligations in maintenance.
• Ensure department indicators align with plant objectives.
