Advanced Energy Management Limited is seeking a Tool Maker III in Mexicali, Mexico to design, build, repair, and maintain precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in manufacturing. This role ensures tooling meets quality standards and supports production efficiency.

You will fabricate tools, perform maintenance, operate CNC machines, verify dimensions with micrometers and gauges, document changes, and collaborate with engineers and production teams while upholding safety protocols.

Formación

• Technical diploma or certification in Tool & Die Making, Machining, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in tool making or precision machining.
• Proficiency in CNC programming and manual machining.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Ability to work with various metals and materials.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Tool fabrication: manufacture, assemble, and finish tools, dies, and fixtures according to engineering specifications and blueprints.
• Maintenance & repair: inspect, troubleshoot, and repair worn or damaged tools to restore functionality.
• Precision machining: operate CNC machines, lathes, grinders, and other equipment to achieve tight tolerances.
• Quality assurance: verify dimensions and tolerances using micrometers, calipers, gauges.
• Documentation: maintain accurate records of tool designs, modifications, and maintenance activities.
• Collaboration: work closely with engineers, production teams, and quality control to ensure tooling supports manufacturing requirements.
• Safety compliance: follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
