The LEGO Group in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Mould Maintenance Leader to oversee corrective and preventive maintenance of moulds, evaluate mould shots, and coordinate with the planning team to ensure smooth operations and product quality. You will lead with safety and lean principles, drive improvements across the department, participate in global meetings, and mentor staff.

Advanced English and plastic injection mould expertise are required; BB/GB certification is preferred.

Formación

• Experience in leadership role in a global company.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge is preferred.
• Plastic injection process engineering knowledge + experience in maintenance with plastic injection moulds.
• Advanced English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead corrective and preventive maintenance of moulds and evaluate mould shots.
• Coordinate with Component Planning to connect with planning principles and operations execution.
• Drive improvements and maintain safety and healthy culture in Mould Maintenance.
• Engage in global meetings with Mould Maintenance teams for knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Mentor staff and demonstrate leadership within the department.
