ZF LIFETEC in Chihuahua, MX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams and ensure equipment availability for manufacturing. You will supervise technicians in maintenance, controls, and automation, and drive safety and reliability across all facilities.

The role requires strong bilingual communication, problem-solving, and hands-on knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens), HMIs, vision systems, and automation protocols.

Formación

• Experience supervising maintenance, safety and reliability.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, vision systems.
• Experience with maintenance management and spare parts.
• Fluent English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety for all employees and facilities.
• Supervise maintenance, controls and automation technicians
• Monitor Maintenance KPIs (Availability, MTTR, MTBF, Cost)
• Maintain equipment availability for manufacturing
• Improve manufacturing processes for better performance
• Improve product quality and reduce failures
• Manage maintenance system administration (PM, spare parts, etc)
• Participate in meetings with manufacturing engineers and process teams

Your Tasks

• Work on Safety to take care for all employees and facilities.
• Maintenance/Controls/Automation Technicians Supervision
• Work in Maintenance KPI (Availability, MTTR, MTBF, Cost)
• Maintain Equipment available for manufacturing
• Improve the manufacturing process to have better performance.
• Take actions to improve products quality and avoid failures.
• Manage Maintenance System Administration (Preventive Maintenance, Spare parts, etc)
• Participate in following meetings with manufacturing engineers and all processes

Your Profile

• Manage Employees
• 75-90% Bilingual English/Spanish
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Resilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goals.
• Very Good computer skills using MS Office
• Strong Experience in Internal Controls
• The successful candidate must have high legal and ethical standards.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities.
