Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Maintenance Planner to oversee planning and scheduling of maintenance activities for our facilities and equipment. You will coordinate with technicians, optimize work orders, and ensure safety and compliance across operations.

Responsibilities include developing maintenance schedules, prioritizing backlog, analyzing failures, using CMMS for tracking and reporting, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• +3 years of experience in maintenance planning or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and CMMS tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the maintenance schedule for all equipment and facility systems.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians to prioritize work orders and manage backlog.
• Analyze equipment failures and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Utilize CMMS for tracking, scheduling, and reporting maintenance activities.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to maintenance procedures and compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for parts procurement and service scheduling.
