Joinimagine seeks a Maintenance Leader to drive reliability in a manufacturing setting. You will lead PM/CM programs, diagnose complex issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC systems, and ensure safe operation of tube cutting and CNC equipment.

The role emphasizes developing maintenance standards, coaching technicians, collaborating with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety, and driving Lean and continuous improvement to cut downtime.

Formación

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related).
5+ years leading maintenance in manufacturing.
Hands-on expertise in PLC systems, tube cutting equipment, hydraulics and pneumatics.
Experience managing maintenance teams in automated environments.
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

Lead PM and CM programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC issues.
Ensure maintenance and operation of tube cutting equipment, CNC machinery, and automation.
Develop and improve maintenance standards, work instructions, and guides.
Manage spare parts inventory and control costs.
