Still Sverige Ab in Guadalupe, Mexico, seeks a Maintenance Leader to drive safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities. You will lead PM/CM programs, troubleshoot PLCs, manage tube cutting and CNC systems, and coach a team in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance leadership roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise in PLC systems (troubleshooting and programming).
• Experience with tube cutting equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Proven experience leading maintenance teams in automated environments.
• Fully bilingual (English & Spanish) - written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute PM and corrective maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC issues.
• Oversee maintenance of tube cutting equipment, CNC machinery, and automated systems.
• Develop and improve maintenance standards, work instructions, and guides.
• Manage spare parts inventory and controlls costs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety teams.
