Grupo TECMA in Tijuana, MX seeks an Automation/Maintenance Lead to manage the operation of automated equipment and to lead the automation team. You will develop preventive maintenance programs and analyze equipment performance and energy data to drive improvements.

The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of related experience, and be proficient in English (B2). PLC programming and robotics knowledge is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• English level B2.
• Experience with automated equipment operation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and robotics.
• Ability to read electromechanical drawings.
• Experience analyzing production-line data.
