Forvia, a leading sustainable mobility technology company in Querétaro, Mexico, is seeking a Controls Engineer to join the industrial maintenance team at our automotive site. The role focuses on improving machine reliability and TPM practices in a fast-paced production environment.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems, welding equipment, and PLCs (Siemens/Allen-Bradley) plus robotics (ABB/KUKA/FANUC).

Formación

• Engineering background in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic and welding equipment.
• Automotive industry experience is required.
• Strong TPM knowledge and spare parts management.
• People management experience is a plus.
• Hands-on PLC and robotics familiarity (Siemens/Allen-Bradley/ABB/KUKA/FANUC).
• Knowledge of quality systems (VDA 6.1, IATF 16949, ISO 14001/45001).

Responsabilidades

• Machine and UAP downtime analysis.
• Labor analysis by Maintenance Technician.
• Issuance of weekly/monthly downtime indicators.
• Preventive maintenance program weekly.
• Analysis of preventive maintenance activities.
• PM software administration.
• Generation of standard maintenance work procedures.
• Coordinate weekly TPM meetings.
• Training of personnel in TPM and preventive maintenance topics.
• Maintenance of extraction systems.
