Symbotic seeks a Senior Automation Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for its robotic and automation systems in a high-volume distribution center. You will drive preventive and corrective maintenance, coach a skilled technical team, and partner with operations and engineering to maximize uptime, safety, and throughput across a complex network of bots, conveyors, and controls.

The role requires 7+ years of relevant experience, strong electro-mechanical skills, and CMMS

Formación

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of maintenance, automation or manufacturing experience, including team supervision.
• Strong electro-mechanical skills and advanced troubleshooting.
• Experience with PLCs, servo drives, sensors, and ethernet automation networks.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance operations to ensure uptime, reliability, and performance of automation systems.
• Develop and meet preventive and corrective maintenance programs for bots and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and customer teams to support goals.
• Conduct safety training and promote a strong safety culture.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance work orders and preventive tasks.
• Apply root-cause analysis to address equipment failures and recurring issues.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors/subcontractors as needed.
