Job summary

Bacardi busca un profesional para planificar y asegurar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos e instalaciones de planta, garantizando disponibilidad y rendimiento. Se requiere gestionar fuentes de energía y agua, cumpliendo con ISO y normativas aplicables, además de administrar el portafolio CapEx según directrices globales.

El rol exige liderazgo ágil, orientación a resultados y capacidad de adaptarse a cambios para lograr operaciones seguras y eficientes en la planta.

Qualifications

• Experiencia en planificar y asegurar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
• Conocimiento de estándares ISO y HACCP aplicables.
• Habilidad para gestionar portafolios CapEx y proyectos de planta.

Responsibilities

• Planear y asegurar el cumplimiento de programas de mantenimiento de equipos e instalaciones.
• Mantener disponibilidad y rendimiento de la planta, asegurando suministro de energía, agua y aire comprimido.
• Administrar el portafolio CapEx conforme a lineamientos globales de Bacardi.

Job description

Planear y asegurar el cumplimiento de los programas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los equipos e instalaciones de la planta.

Asegurar el nivel requerido de la disponibilidad y rendimiento de todos los equipos, así como mantener en buenas condiciones la infraestructura de toda la planta.
Asegurar los suministros de energía eléctrica, agua, vapor, agua desmineralizada y aire comprimido para una adecuada operación de la planta.
Asegurar el cumplimiento a los lineamientos internos (ISO-9001, 14001, 45001, HACCP, etc.) y externos (STPS, SEMARNAT, SEMANDES, PROFEPA, CONAGUA, etc.)
Administrar, gestionar e implementar el portafolio CapEx, acorde a los lineamientos globales establecidos por Bacardí y Cia, asegurando el éxito de cada uno de los proyectos.
