Bacardi busca apoyar al área de Producción mediante captura de datos de proceso, gestión de insumos y seguimiento a pagos a proveedores, para garantizar la continuidad operativa.

El puesto implica atender requerimientos de auditoría SOX, generar requisiciones, reportes de gastos y cumplimiento de calidad, inocuidad y seguridad en el entorno de producción.

Qualifications

• Experiencia en capturar información de procesos de producción.
• Contribuir a la gestión de calidad, inocuidad, ambientales y seguridad.
• Capacidad para manejar múltiples prioridades y trabajar en equipo.

Responsabilités

• Generar requisiciones de órdenes de compra para materiales directos e indirectos.
• Atender requerimientos de Auditoría SOX.
• Dar seguimiento a proceso de facturación, GR y pago a proveedores.
• Gestionar los pagos de las cuotas mensuales a CNIT y CRT.
• Capturar guías de agave y salidas de fletes de vinaza en bitácoras.
• Atención a proveedores y solicitud de cotizaciones.
• Dar soporte para la generación de reporte de pago de nómina del personal de Producción.
• Generar reporte semanal de gastos del área.
• Dar cumplimiento a los procedimientos de calidad, inocuidad, ambientales y riesgos laborales.

OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO (finalidad)

Dar soporte administrativo al departamento de Producción por medio de captura de información de proceso, gestión de adquisición de insumos, seguimiento a pagos a proveedores y atención a necesidades y hallazgos en las áreas productivas.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

• Generar requisiciones de órdenes de compra para materiales directos e indirectos.
• Atender requerimientos de Auditoria SOX.
• Dar seguimiento a proceso de facturación, GR y pago a proveedores.
• Gestionar los pagos de las cuotas mensuales a las entidades CNIT y CRT.
• Capturar guías de agave y salidas de fletes de vinaza en bitácoras.
• Atención a proveedores y solicitud de cotizaciones.
• Dar soporte para la generación de reporte de pago de nómina del personal de Producción.
• Generar reporte semanal de gastos del área.
• Dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en los procedimientos sobre los aspectos de calidad, inocuidad, ambientales y riesgos laborales de su área y puesto de trabajo, participar activamente en la capacitación sobre dichos aspectos en cumplimiento de los procedimientos aplicables en materia de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional, Medio Ambiente, Calidad e Inocuidad.
