Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronic engineering or related field.
• 5+ years as a supervisor in a manufacturing maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance indicators to avoid unscheduled stoppages.
• Coordinate, lead, and train assigned technical personnel.
• Manage budgets, spare parts, and inventory for the department.
• Develop and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Apply TPM principles (MTTR, MTBF, preventive & corrective maintenance, FMEA).
• Develop and execute work plans for equipment installation, relocation, and commissioning activities.
