KEMET de México seeks an IoT Developer Analyst to design, develop, implement, and support Industrial IoT solutions that enable real-time data collection, visualization, and analytics across manufacturing operations at the San Nicolás plant in NL. This full-time, on-site role partners with Engineering, MES, Quality, Maintenance, and Business teams to deliver scalable, reliable systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, electrical engineering, automation engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of software development experience. Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create solutions for collecting and processing data from PLCs, sensors, machine controllers, and manufacturing equipment.
• Develop APIs, microservices, and data integration services to support business requirements.
• Integrate IoT platforms with MES, ERP, Quality, Maintenance, and other enterprise systems.
• Configure and manage communication between devices and software platforms using industry-standard protocols.
• Design and support data pipelines for collection, transformation, and storage of operational data.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for production IoT systems.

As a Internet of Things (IoT) Developer Analyst you will de responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Industrial IoT solutions that enable real-time data collection, integration, visualization, and analytics across multifunctional operations. This role partners with Engineering, Manufacturing, MES, Quality, Maintenance, and Business teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, data visibility, predictive insights, and decision-making. This is a full-time, 100% on-site position located at our San Nicolás, NL plant.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, electrical engineering, automation engineering, or related field. 3+ years of software development experience. Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
