MAHLE is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to uphold the steady, safe operation of facilities and production equipment at our Ramos Arizpe location. You will execute preventive and predictive tasks, troubleshoot major breakdowns, and drive improvements across projects and installations.

Requirements include experience in industrial maintenance, strong electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic know-how, and English at B2 level or higher.

Formación

• Experience in industrial maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and evaluating industrial electrical equipment.
• Ability to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Experience configuring and programming vision sensors.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the continuous, reliable, and safe operation of facilities and production equipment.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities according to established schedules and work orders.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, perform repairs, and conduct root cause analysis for major breakdowns.
• Inspect, diagnose, and maintain equipment and facilities to maximize operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation of new projects, equipment installations, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain maintenance documentation, provide feedback for maintenance plans, and manage Red Tag corrective actions.
• Comply with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Information Security standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, VDA 6.3, TISAX).
• Participate in training, MPS, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
