MAHLE GmbH in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico, seeks a Maintenance Injection Engineer to ensure injection system integrity, support maintenance activities, troubleshoot operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.

Requirements include 3+ years in injection molding maintenance, proficiency with Word/Excel, and experience with injection molding equipment and automation systems. Master Molding certification preferred; drives/servo knowledge a plus.

Formación

3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer in injection molding environments.
Proficiency in Word and Excel.
Experience operating and maintaining injection molding machines and peripheral equipment.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
Master Molding certification or equivalent hands-on expertise in injection molding processes is preferred.
Knowledge of drives and servo drives is preferred.

Responsabilidades

Planning and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance.
Failure analysis and development of action plans.
Monitoring and tracking of key performance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, availability).
Spare parts management and support to warehouse operations.
Supervision and leadership of technical personnel.
Participation in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
