Freudenberg Group in Mexico is seeking a maintenance engineer to optimize layouts, reduce downtime, and ensure safe operation of production equipment. You will maintain mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with teams to drive innovative solutions.

The role requires strong English language skills, a relevant degree, and prior industry experience. Safety compliance and proactive issue resolution are essential to success in this position.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Professional experience in the relevant industry.
• Certifications and training related to our systems.
• Professional-level English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize layouts by safely moving equipment to improve production layouts.
• Minimize downtime by preventive maintenance and efficient work-order logging.
• Maintain and repair production equipment; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems.
• Follow safety protocols aligned with local and site standards.
• Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Collaborate with team to solve problems and deliver innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and propose downtime-minimizing options.
• Identify and report new issues during tasks for proactive resolution.
