Maintenance Coordinator – San José Iturbide, Gto

The role of the Maintenance Coordinator in Faurecia is to ensure the proper functioning of equipment by applying preventive and corrective maintenance, planning, executing, and supervising repairs and/or installations carried out in accordance with acceptable quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and updating of the annual preventive and predictive maintenance plan.
• Coordinate maintenance activities on the shop floor.
• Coordinate and implement improvement actions.
• Schedule extraordinary activities for corrective maintenance.
• Enter requisitions in SAP and follow up until sending the purchase order to the supplier.
• Meet with suppliers to request quotes for various required tasks.
• Distribute resources to address machinery failures during corrective maintenance.
• Audit TPM boards to ensure compliance.
• Identify abnormal conditions and coordinate their immediate correction.
• Ensure the proper functioning of safety devices through preventive maintenance.
