Forvia seeks a Production Control & Logistics Supervisor to manage the internal flow from receipt to shipping, ensuring timely customer delivery and line supply. You will lead the team, manage visuals, equipment and processes, and work with quality, production and engineering to keep the plant running smoothly.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 2+ years in automotive logistics, and strong Excel/leadership skills to drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years of logistics and warehouse management experience in automotive industry.
• English proficiency at least medium level.
• Knowledge of SAP, MRP, FIFO and MPM preferred.

Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

As the Production Control & Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the internal flow of pieces, from receipt to shipping. You will ensure customer delivery, production line supplies, logistics basics, visual management, equipment and human resources, productivity gains, and team management. You will also work closely with other functions, such as quality, production, and engineering, to ensure the smooth and optimal operation of the plant.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimumeducation Level

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering

Professional Experience

• Minimum 2 year of experience in logistics and warehouse management in the automotive industry
