Dana Incorporated in Mexico is seeking a Plant Maintenance Manager to oversee utilities, facilities, and safety compliance at our facility. The role ensures reliable operation and optimal condition of equipment, buildings, and infrastructure.

You will coordinate contractors, supervise maintenance activities, and ensure adherence to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 standards to support production and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Guarantee availability of machines, equipment and facilities through preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Manage plant utilities (electric power, water, compressed air, natural gas) ensuring measurement, control, supply and continuity.
• Supervise the maintenance of infrastructure, including buildings, roofs, lighting, access ramps and roads.
• Ensure compliance with government permits related to STPS, Civil Protection, water use, waste, emissions, electrical installations and pressure.
• Coordinate contractors and suppliers, verifying scope, times, costs and compliance with safety standards.
• Comply with management systems: ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949 in matters applicable to the maintenance area.

Job Purpose

Manage and coordinate the department’s human, technical, and financial resources, ensuring reliability and safe operation of the plant. Ensure the continuous supply of utilities (energy, water, compressed air, industrial gases), as well as the optimal condition of the facilities, building, accesses, and critical equipment. Ensure compliance with government permits, safety, environmental and corporate standards, and internal, client, corporate and IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 requirements.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with government permits related to STPS, Civil Protection, water use, waste, emissions, electrical installations and pressure.
• Coordinate contractors and suppliers, verifying scope, times, costs and compliance with safety standards.
• Comply with management systems: ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949 in matters applicable to the maintenance area.
