BRP is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Querétaro to ensure the effective execution of the business unit strategy by managing resources, people, equipment and budget. You will drive uptime, safety, quality and productivity while improving machine availability and performance.

Responsibilities include developing maintenance plans, leading cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, delivering KPI dashboards, and applying LEAN tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in fabrication or assembly environments.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a Safe environment of all Maintenance Operations
• Develop maintenance strategies and plans to ensure proper maintenance of assets and uptime
• Develop and present annual sustainability plan for equipment replacement
• Participate with plant Engineering for infrastructure and equipment modifications
• Ensure documentation, drawings and legal drawings are up to date
• Accountable for developing, monitoring and updating KPI’s & Director’s dashboard
• Use LEAN principles and tools (TPM, 5S, Kaizen, FMEA, risk analysis)
• Optimize maintenance costs for best results
• Follow BRP values and behaviors
• Ensure a safe working environment and accountability for safety topics
• Enforce Quality BRP policy
• Follow up office vibe results through action plan

Position Objective

Ensure the right execution of the business unit strategy through management of resources: people, equipment, tools and budget. Be the key stakeholder with other areas in order to achieve the production goals, ensure the safety, quality, productivity and employee satisfaction. Also is in charge for improving the availability and performance of the machines.

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain a Safe environment of all Maintenance Operations
• Develop maintenance strategies and plans to ensure the proper maintenance of assets during its lifetime and maintain uptime of equipment to world class levels.
• Develop and present annual sustainability plan for the equipment replacement (life cycle strategy)
• Participate upstream with plant Engineering team for new infrastructure and equipment modifications required to support the business continuity and capacity increase of production’s operations all in accordance with codes and regulations.
• Ensures that all equipment/processes technical documentation, drawings and legal drawings are up to date and according to standards
• Accountable for developing, monitoring and updating KPI’s & Director’s dashboard.
• Use of LEAN principles and tools, e.g. TPM, 5S, Kaizen, FMEA, Criticality analysis, Risk analysis, etc.
• Optimize the cost in maintenance to ensure the best result with the less cost in the maintenance processes
• Follow BRP values and behaviors.
• Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
• Enforce Quality BRP policy.
• Follow up office vibe results through action plan.

Technical Skills

• Have already worked with a CMMS (i.e. Guide TI, MP, SAP, Maximo)
• Predictive and preventive maintenance knowledge
• Management of key maintenance KPI’s
• Knowledge of Health & Safety topics
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
• Budget Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to Industrial, Mechanical or related engineering degree.
• 3 Years: At least in Fabrication or assembly environments
