You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while delivering cost-effective maintenance programs. The role requires strong budgeting, resource optimization, and TPM knowledge with a focus on continuous improvement and CAPEX evaluation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or related engineering field.
• Strong industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in budget management, cost control and resource optimization.
• Knowledge of management systems and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Ensure reliability and availability of production equipment and plant infrastructure.
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, occupational health, and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs related to maintenance, productivity, and efficiency.
• Develop and implement planned maintenance programs focused on equipment reliability.
• Analyze failures, downtime, and losses; implement corrective actions.
• Manage the annual maintenance budget and conversion costs.

• Evaluate capital investments (CAPEX) for equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Environmental teams for continuity.
• Manage contractors and specialized service providers.

We are seeking a Maintenance Superintendent with strong experience in budget management, cost control, resource optimization, and cost reduction initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for leading maintenance operations, ensuring the reliability and availability of production equipment and facility infrastructure while driving safety, quality, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Proven experience in:

• Managing annual maintenance budgets.
• Monitoring and controlling operating expenses (OPEX).
• Identifying and implementing cost reduction initiatives.
• Optimizing resources, materials, spare parts, and external service providers.
• Conducting financial analysis to support maintenance and infrastructure-related decisions.
• Participating in projects focused on savings, efficiency, and profitability.
• Monitoring and controlling departmental conversion costs.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
