Quasar Medical Tecate S.A. de C.V. is seeking a qualified professional to oversee Industrial Maintenance Processes. Responsibilities include formulating and managing departmental objectives and budgets, developing preventive maintenance plans, and supervising machinery operations.

The ideal candidate will possess an Engineering Degree and have over 5 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance. Must demonstrate advanced English fluency for presentations and negotiations.

Formación

• More than 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance processes.
• Advanced proficiency in English to support presentations and negotiation processes.

• Formulate, negotiate, and manage departmental objectives and budgets.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans.
• Supervise machinery and equipment for production processes.
• Analyze department operations and recommend improvements.
• Select, train, and manage department staff.

Responsibilities

• Formulates, Negotiates and Manages the Department’s Objectives and Budgets, as well as the Strategies and Plans to Achieve those Objectives. Validates and Authorizes Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Maintenance Function.
• Develops Preventive Maintenance Plans.
• Supervises the Building or Modification of Machinery and Equipment for New Production Processes or to aid Current Production Processes.
• Formulates the Requisitions of Machinery and Equipment as well as Supervises the Delivery and Inspection of these purchases.
• Analyzes the Department’s Operation and Recommends changes to Management.
• Can Supervise the Maintenance of Continuous Services such as electricity, water, gas, etc.
• Can Supervise the Operation of the Air Conditioning units.
• Supervises the Maintenance of the Building(s), Parking Lots and Patios of the Company.
• Responsible for Selecting, Training, Developing and Motivating the Department’s Staff and Acting as a Facilitator. Responsible for Managing Subordinate’s Performance. Also Responsible for Promoting and Maintaining Interdepartmental harmony.

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical or Electromechanical)
• More than 5 Years within Industrial Maintenance Processes.
• LEVEL OF ENGLISH FLUENCY: Advanced (Reading and Writing that allow fluid
• Presentations and/or Participation in Negotiation Processes).
