AMIRI in Mexico City seeks an organized Operations Manager for its upcoming retail store. You will oversee all store operations, including inventory control, shipping/receiving, safety training, and audits, ensuring SOPs are followed in partnership with Corporate Retail Operations.

The role requires at least 3 years in luxury operations and leadership, strong Excel and computer skills, excellent communication, and the ability to lift up to 25lbs. Fluency in English preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years experience in luxury Operations.
• 3 years leadership experience required.
• Experience in luxury environment required.
• Proficient shipping and receiving experience.
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Excel, Mac.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Must be able to safely lift up to 25 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all store operations in Mexico City including inventory control.
• Lead shipping/receiving, approvals, and stock adjustments.
• Ensure SOPs are followed in partnership with Corporate Retail Operations.
• Maintain back-of-house organization and floor restocking processes.
• Train staff on operational policies and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with GM/AGM on monthly schedules and attendance.
