Job summary

AMIRI in Mexico City is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead on the sales floor, coach the team, and uphold luxury standards. You will analyze selling metrics, drive inventory control, and ensure health and safety compliance, reporting to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years progressively responsible retail leadership experience.
• Familiarity with the luxury market and selling reports.
• Experience leading retail teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a customer-service focused environment.
• Ability to multi-task with ease.
• Proficiency with the full Office platform.
• Brand awareness highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active and participatory role on the selling floor, working with and developing the team.
• Analyze store metrics – including sales, inventory levels, drop schedules, etc.
• Ensure high sell-through, collaborating with Corporate team to adequately stock and ample preparation for new product.
• Initiate or attend daily team meetings to communicate current business trends and relevant updates.Motivate the team each day!
• Provide accurate and detailed reports to relevant parties.
• Partner with Retail Operations team to develop and maintain sound operations processes for efficiency.
• Capture substantive client data to build relationships and drive client development opportunities.
• Monitor the monthly Client Management database and reporting.
• Understand relevant retail KPIs.
• Participate in team evaluations and train all members on KPIs in collaboration with corporate and store leadership.
• Ensure processes comply with laws, health & safety regulations, HR best practices, and Operations standards.
• Promote a polished, professional, and positive work environment.
• Support sourcing, recruiting, and retention of a productive team; assist HR with onboarding for new hires.
• Provide meaningful support across departments for community events/product launches.
