Job summary

AMIRI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its upcoming Mexico City location. The ASM will support store leadership, develop the team, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold health & safety standards.

The role requires analyzing store metrics, managing inventory, and driving sell-through while collaborating with Corporate and HR to train staff. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail leadership and luxury retail familiarity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• Strong familiarity with the luxury market and opportunities/trends.
• Experience leading retail teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a customer-service focused environment.
• Ability to multi-task with ease.
• Proficiency with the full Office platform.
• Brand awareness is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active role on the selling floor, developing the team.
• Analyze store metrics including sales, inventory levels, and drop schedules.
• Lead high sell-through by stocking and preparing for new products with Corporate.
• Attend daily team meetings and motivate the team each day.
• Provide accurate and detailed reports to relevant parties.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations to ensure efficient store processes.
• Capture meaningful client data to build relationships and opportunities.
• Monitor the Client Management database and reporting.
• Understand relevant retail KPIs.
• Participate in team reviews and train staff on KPIs with corporate input.
• Ensure processes comply with laws, health & safety, HR best practices, and standards.
• Maintain a polished, professional work environment with integrity.
• Participate in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding with HR.
• Support cross-department efforts for events and product launches.
