Job summary

AMIRI is seeking a Store Manager for its upcoming retail location in Mexico City. You will lead a fast-paced luxury team, drive sales, and uphold brand standards. Responsibilities include retail operations, loss prevention, HR collaboration, and training.

You will partner with HQ Retail to set goals and coordinate events, VIP client programs, and visual merchandising. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in luxury retail management, strong knowledge of local labor laws, and proficiency with CRM,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of luxury retail management experience.
• Familiarity with AMIRI brand and narrative.
• Experience working locally in Mexico.
• Strong knowledge of local and federal labor laws.
• Proficiency with CRM, POS, and MS Excel.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift items up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to achieve all sales targets and build a strong client base.
• Oversee daily store operations, minimize costs and ensure safety.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews with HR.
