Four Seasons Cabo, a luxury resort destination, seeks a Spa Therapist to deliver Massage, Facial and Body treatments across spa spaces and guest suites. The role emphasizes exceptional guest service, adherence to standards, and collaboration with the Spa leadership.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a luxury setting, certifications in massage and related therapies, and fluency in English and Spanish. Certification in Yoga, nails, physiotherapy or fitness is a plus.

Formación

• Massage Therapist Certification.
• 1–3 years of experience in a luxury environment.
• Ability to read, speak and write English and Spanish.
• Yoga Teacher Certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Massage, Facial, Body treatments and other wellness therapies in the spa, around the pool, in guest suites and other locations.
• Comply with Four Seasons policies and spa standards.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests and resolve complaints.
• Report and collaborate with Lead Therapist and Spa Director.
• Monitor treatments product consumption and ensure readiness of spa setups.
