Amanvari, a luxury spa retreat on Mexico’s eastern coast, seeks a Spa Receptionist to be the first and last point of contact for guests. You will manage reservations, offer thoughtful treatment recommendations, and ensure a calm, discreet, and seamless spa journey that reflects Amanvari’s commitment to excellence.

In this role you’ll collaborate with Spa Therapists and the wellness team to maintain pristine reception and retail areas, process billing accurately, and uphold safety and hygiene

Formación

• College graduate or pursuing college studies; wellness, hospitality, or administration background preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in a luxury hotel, resort, or spa environment strongly preferred.
• Experience as Spa Receptionist or Front Desk Agent in high-end hospitality is an asset.
• Solid understanding of spa and beauty therapies, including treatment types, benefits, and guest recommendations.
• Familiarity with health, hygiene, and safety protocols in wellness/spa environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera, and spa booking/management software.
• Working knowledge of retail operations, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Proven ability to recommend and upsell treatments, packages, and retail products while supporting sales goals.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build genuine guest connections.
• Professional, calm, discreet, and detail-oriented under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional and personalized guest service from arrival through departure, recognizing guests by name.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on spa offerings, treatments, products, packages, and experiences.
• Manage spa reservations and appointments, optimizing occupancy and therapist availability.
• Maintain guest profiles and treatment histories for continuity and personalization.
• Coordinate with Spa Therapists, Wellness providers, and other departments for smooth guest flow.
• Support spa retail operations with product knowledge and stock management.
• Ensure accurate billing and financial procedures for spa services and retail transactions.
• Maintain an immaculate, serene spa environment and presentation in reception and retail areas.
• Uphold all spa standards of operation, safety, hygiene, and checklists.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, inventory counts, and incident reporting.
