Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco is seeking a skilled Mixologist to lead the property's luxury beverage program. You will oversee the bartending team, craft exceptional cocktails, and ensure service excellence across busy periods.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with at least three years of luxury-hotel mixology experience. You will train staff, manage inventory, and work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions within the luxury hotel or hospitality industry.
• Formal certification in Mixology or proven experience managing high-end cocktail programs (IBA).
• Advanced knowledge of spirits, mixology techniques, beverage trends, and food and beverage pairing.
• Proficiency in inventory management tools and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate teams in the proper execution of mixology programs.
• Proactive attitude with a strong focus on service excellence and enhancing the guest experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
