Park Hyatt Mexico City is seeking a Bars Manager to oversee daily bar operations and ensure luxury service standards. You will lead the bar team, manage beverage quality and inventory, and develop innovative cocktail programs while controlling costs and ensuring compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in luxury beverage operations, strong leadership and guest-service skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. This on-site position offers growth in a premier city location.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years managing bars or beverage operations in luxury settings.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, mixology and trends.
• Proven leadership, staff-training, and team development skills.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, purchasing and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and guest-service abilities.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of local alcohol regulations and food safety practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience managing bars or beverage operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.

Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, mixology, and current beverage trends.

Proven leadership, staff-training, and team-development skills.

Experience with budgeting, cost control, purchasing, and inventory management.

Excellent communication and guest-service abilities.

Fluent Spanish and strong English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.

Knowledge of local alcohol regulations, food safety, and responsible-service practices.
