The role requires 4+ years in luxury hotel housekeeping management, fluent Spanish and advanced English, plus strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to support guests and staff.

Formación

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager in luxury hotels and operation full service.
• Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and advanced English (spoken and written) are both essential.

Responsabilidades

• The Housekeeping Manager ensures efficient operation of the department and maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization across guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Oversees laundry and dry-cleaning services for hotel linen, staff uniforms, and guest laundry.
• Aligns departmental performance with corporate strategies and brand standards while meeting expectations of employees, guests and owners.
