Alila Mayakoba seeks a Spa Manager to lead the Wellness department and ensure efficient operation aligned with brand standards. You will oversee spa services, wellness programs, and financial performance, directing Holistic, Fitness, Spa, Beauty, Salon and Hydrotherapy offerings.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to deliver personalized luxury wellness experiences while adapting to local guest preferences.

Formación

• Degree in Management or Hospitality related field.
• Certification in Spa/Wellness operations or business management.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or wellness is required.
• Fluency in Spanish and advanced English both essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee spa operations, services and wellness programs to meet brand standards and financial objectives.
• Lead the Wellness department, coordinating Holistic, Fitness, Spa, Beauty, Salon and Hydrotherapy activities.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through personalized, attentive service and strong leadership.
