Four Seasons Punta Mita is seeking a guest services professional to support operations on site. Safely operate the golf cart and assist guests and members with warmth and professional hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate the golf cart in accordance with established safety standards and procedures.
• Oversee and maintain locker room areas throughout the shift, including preparation for upcoming shifts, restocking supplies, and ensuring effective communication with the team.
• Maintain all facilities clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times, including restrooms, jacuzzi, cold plunge, steam room, saunas, and related areas.
• Provide warm, professional assistance and guidance to guests and members, consistently delivering high standards of hospitality.
• Register member check-ins, provide amenities, and ensure products and facilities are presented in an impeccable manner.
• Accurately complete logbooks, checklists, and reports to support communication and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Enforce facility rules and guidelines with courtesy, professionalism, and respect.
• Serve beverages to guests as required, while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly, courteously, and effectively to ensure a positive experience.
