Four Seasons is seeking a Bar Manager to oversee daily bar operations and ensure top-tier service in a resort environment. You will supervise staff, manage inventory and costs, and coordinate with departments for events and guest experiences.

The role requires expertise in wine, beer and spirits, with tequila/mezcal knowledge a plus, and fluency in Spanish and English. Availability for evenings and weekends is expected.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in bar management within high-end hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of wine, beer and spirits; tequila/mezcal is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required; hospitality system familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee bar operations, staffing, scheduling, onboarding and performance management.
• Develop bar menu with beverages, signature cocktails and seasonal offerings.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, manage vendor relations and costs.
• Address guest concerns promptly with professional service.
• Mentor bar staff in mixology, service standards and responsible alcohol service.
• Plan activations, events and promotions to boost revenue.
