Viva is seeking a Loyalty Product Senior Coordinator to develop and maintain our digital rewards platform, including the web portal and mobile apps, delivering high-quality functionality to loyalty program members. You will translate designs into responsive interfaces, manage the CMS, review code, and help optimize delivery with AI-assisted tools while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

This role requires a degree in software development, solid English, and experience in loyalty

Formación

• Degree in Software Development, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience from loyalty programs or startups or similar environments.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, and relational databases.

Responsabilidades

• Develop end-to-end functionality for digital products (web portal and supporting services).
• Translate designs into functional interfaces, implement Figma designs in code with visual fidelity and responsive behavior.
• Operate and manage the CMS to enable business areas to autonomously make content changes.
• Ensure code quality via reviews, automated tests, and validation of vendor deliverables.
• Diagnose production incidents, identify root causes, and document learnings.
• Incorporate AI-assisted development tools to increase delivery speed while maintaining quality.
