AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Product Owner for a three-month engagement to own the business logic and platform rules behind loyalty outcomes for enterprise clients.

You will translate complex business requirements into precise specifications that guide both human and AI-assisted development, while managing the backlog and ensuring alignment across business and technical stakeholders.

Formación

• 4+ years in Product Owner/related roles.
• Experience driving Agile/Scrum projects with web-based software, APIs, batch integrations and real-time systems.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into precise specifications for human and AI-driven development.
• Loyalty product experience preferred; familiarity with ledgers or rules engines is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements to the Loyalty Cloud for enterprise clients.
• Translate complex business requirements into precise specifications used by developers and AI tools.
• Manage the product backlog, dependencies, priority, sequence and objectives.
• Address challenges in the development lifecycle and collaborate to keep work on track.
• Provide mechanisms to view and track progress across releases and milestones.
• Share the vision for product development with diverse audiences and gain buy-in.
