AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Product Architect to own the technical direction across our product portfolio. You will design scalable architectures, guide feature implementation, and uphold engineering best practices while collaborating with Product Management to translate requirements into practical designs.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted development, API-driven architectures, and hands-on support for complex issues. Remote-friendly, growth-focused environment with global brands.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with leadership exposure.
• Strong background in software architecture patterns and API-driven development.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development practices and related tooling.
• Excellent English communication—written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Own and translate requirements into scalable, maintainable architectures for multiple products.
• Guide feature implementation and uphold engineering best practices across codebases.
• Oversee architectural delivery to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders on roadmaps and releases.
• Identify and propose practical solutions to gaps in the end-user experience.
• Estimate development effort, prioritize tasks, and balance trade-offs.
• Provide hands-on development support for escalated technical issues.
