AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Product Owner for a three-month engagement to own the business logic and platform rules behind loyalty program outcomes for enterprise clients.

You will translate complex requirements into precise specifications for AI-assisted development in an Agile environment. Responsibilities include leading roadmap enhancements, managing the backlog, and ensuring clear, reusable specifications across clients and verticals while collaborating with business and technical

Formación

• 4+ years in Product Owner/Business Systems Analyst/PM or similar role.
• Experience delivering Agile/Scrum web-based software with API/batch integrations.
• Ability to translate complex business logic into precise specs for human and AI-assisted development.
• Loyalty product or program experience preferred; knowledge of accounting ledgers or rules engines is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead roadmap enhancements to Loyalty Cloud and own business logic for loyalty outcomes.
• Translate complex requirements into precise specifications for automated & AI-assisted workflows.
• Manage product backlog: dependencies, priorities, sequence, strategy, objectives.
• Identify challenges in the lifecycle and collaborate to keep development on track.
• Provide visibility to stakeholders on progress across releases and milestones.
• Articulate vision for product development to business and technical audiences.
• Own and evolve business logic within domains of expertise and guide platform decisions.
