AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Product Owner for a three-month engagement to own the business logic and platform rules behind loyalty program outcomes for enterprise clients. You will translate complex requirements into precise specifications for AI-assisted development in an Agile setting.

You will lead backlog management, define roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reusable, scalable solutions across clients and verticals. Remote work is supported.

Formación

• 4+ years working in Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Experience driving Agile/Scrum delivery projects involving web-based software, APIs, batch integrations, and real-time event-driven systems.
• Ability to translate complex business logic into precise written specifications for both business and technical audiences.
• Loyalty product or program experience and familiarity with rules engines is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements to the Loyalty Cloud.
• Translate complex business requirements into precise specifications for automated and AI-assisted development.
• Backlog management including dependencies, priority, sequence, and strategy.
• Identify challenges and coordinate with teams to keep development on track.
• Provide visibility into work progress across releases and milestones.
• Articulate vision and gain buy-in from stakeholders across roles and levels.
• Own and evolve business logic for your domains, influencing technical and business decisions.
